sally woolfordSally was senior project manager  in delivery of changes at South Australia Police in response to the Equal Opportunity Commission review into sex discrimination, sexual harassment and predatory behaviour in SA Police As senior project manager, Sally was responsible for enabling the organisation to implement the recommendations from that report as well as enabling external monitoring of progress. 

Key initiatives supporting gender equality, diversity and inclusion implemented included:

  • ‘If Not, Why Not’ – approach to flexible working arrangements
  • Design and delivery of organisational pulse surveys, reporting and action implementation
  • Development of inaugural Diversity and Inclusion Strategy and Gender Equality action plan
  • Development of gender targets for executive leaders
  • Applying a diversity and gender lens across the workplace and employee experience
  • Monitoring of the changes and supporting the EOC reviewing of progress
