Erin Gear is an Associate Consultant at Diversify Consulting. Erin has extensive experience with diversity, equity and inclusion within the higher education and community service sectors. She strongly advocates for social progress and is particularly interested in gender equality, intersectionality, and Reconciliation with First Nations people.
Her experience includes close collaboration with Aboriginal people and community organisations, developing and leading programs to support young and marginalised people from socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds to set and achieve goals, designing diversity and inclusion strategies, and policy research, analysis and design.
Erin has strong project management, strategic thinking, problem-solving, research and analytical skills that drive progress towards organisational strategic goals.
Erin is a Global Voices Gender & Economics Program Manager leading the Australian youth delegations to the IMF & World Bank Annual meetings, the OECD Forum and the UN’s Commission on the Status of Women.
